The worst dictators came in human history, the tyrants continued to oppress the common people, they burnt the cities to ashes, the conquerors continued to trample the territories and build towers of human skulls, but until today, none of them Even with this brazenness and shamelessness, he did not even discuss the subject that a liar, dishonest and treacherous person is eligible for any position or he is a respectable person.
Poets continued to write odes of kings, common people and nobles continued to sing about their greatness. But no one in the history has ever said, using the cloak of shame and modesty and morals and values, that I respect, respect and consider him as my king because he is a liar, dishonest or is a traitor
Unfortunately, my country Pakistan became the source of this humiliation and disgrace, and it was the Parliament of Pakistan that had the courage to proudly approve an amendment to the Election Laws on August 22, 2017, according to which this person can also be made the head of the party. Allowed, in which there is any fault in the world or if he has served a sentence for any crime, a murderer, a rapist, a robber, a serial killer, a leader of the mafia, so anyone who is convicted of these crimes. If it happens and the court also sentences him, he can become the party chief.
History had given the MPs of that era one more chance to redeem themselves from this sin. If the matter had gone before the court, they would not have defended it in the court, they would have kept silent and expressed their shame. But he went to the Supreme Court with his chest open and started giving arguments in favor of his heinous act. This question has never been raised before any court in modern history, nor has any Parliament ever passed such a law.
In Pakistan, when no argument is available from the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, then such an intellectual political phrase is justified by speaking and then it is repeated again and again at every level so that people believe it. . The argument is, “We’re changing this law because it’s given by a dictator.” Whether it’s the blasphemy law or the party leadership code, the point is left as a fudge where the argument ends.
When this law was challenged in the Supreme Court, ridiculous arguments were given to defend it. An argument was made that participation in elections is a fundamental right of a person, how can you take away this right by disqualifying someone. There were even talk shows on this argument, then journalists, analysts and intellectuals openly defended the “abuse” in the name of human rights.
The amazing thing is that no one turned around and asked them that “living is a fundamental right of a person, so why hang a murderer and take away this right from him. To live a life free from imprisonment is a A person has a fundamental right, then why do you put the criminals in jail for many years”. My country is in a quagmire where capital has become so important that a lawyer publicly defends a proven crime and a worst evil.
If it had been confined to the debates of the Supreme Court and the corridors of the Assembly, it would have been confined to a small group known for trading consciences. But then slogans were raised boldly in front of people in public meetings. Not only lies were told, but the act of lying was defended. People raised their hands and shouted slogans to applaud their leaders whom they believed to be corrupt and thieves. Political affections have blinded people to such an extent that they have lost the recognition of truth and truth.
On February 21, 2018, the Supreme Court concluded this debate and gave a decision that a dishonest, traitorous and thieving person does not have the right to public representation. After that innumerable chief justices and judges came, members of the assembly continued to make speeches and beat the desk, but this decision remained in place. No one wanted to gain notoriety by challenging him. But exactly five years later, under the pretext that the powerful classes of Pakistan with all their might, the entire justice system of this country prostrated itself in front of such persons, who were not only judged by the court to be corrupt, but today The majority of people are also shouting that they are traitors, dishonest and thieves.
Whenever such a moment came in the history of nations, then the Lord of the Universe issued two decisions. One is that the whole nation was destroyed or Allah gave the people the consciousness that they overturned the chessboard. This is the final scene of misfortune and decline of any nation. After that, history is a witness that nations are never saved from destruction. About such a situation and a nation immersed in such conditions, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) had warned fourteen hundred years ago. The warning contained in this hadith makes one tremble with fear.
The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: “I seek the refuge of Allah Subhan wa Ta’ala from the leadership of foolish people over you.” The Companions asked what is the leadership of the fool. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Those rulers who will come after me, who will not follow my teachings, who will not follow my Sunnah, who will believe their lies and help them in oppression and oppression will be my enemies.” Not from me and I am not from him, nor will he meet me in the pool of Kausar, and whoever does not believe in their lies and does not help them in oppression, he is from me and I am him. I am from and he will meet me at Hauz-e-Kowsar” (Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal).
Rasulullah ﷺ used the Arabic word “Amarat al-Safha”. The word “purity” has also appeared repeatedly in the Holy Qur’an and it has even been said that such people should not be entrusted with household responsibilities.. Allah orders and forbids those political leaders who have flaws to resign even from the responsibilities of the family’s property. They are trying to put him on the post.
What can be more downfall of a nation than if a person is fired for the mere charge of malfeasance and theft, disqualified for life for public service. A bank fraudster cannot get a job in another bank. It is very far from being found guilty in a court of law, if a case is registered against an employee, even if it is common knowledge about him that he is dishonest, no one would keep him as a watchman in his house. . Cleaning and dusting is not entrusted. If the daughters come into relationship and only know that the boy’s reputation is not good, then people do not give relationship.
No one listens to this argument and no one believes their argument that, people make such things about our children, the police has registered a false case against us, which has been proved in any court that our children He is guilty. All refuse to give clean relations. But how happy we are at the exaltation of our corrupt leaders. “Imarat al-Safha” means they desire the rule of fools.
Those who support dishonest and tyrannical rulers do not even fear their fate on the Day of Judgment. While the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) made it clear that such people will be deprived of meeting me at the Hauz-e-Kowsar. Think for a moment of the harshness of the doomsday and imagine the deprivation of the intercession of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and then you support the tyrant, the dishonest, the traitor and the thief. Be it the people or the powerful elite, both of them should think about their fate on the day of judgment.
