Pakistan team is suffering from fitness problems in Australia, after Khurram Shehzad, spinner Nouman Ali is also out of the Test series, Nouman Ali underwent an appendix operation in Melbourne hospital.
Nauman Ali suddenly complained of severe abdominal pain yesterday, which led to his emergency examination and scans which diagnosed an appendix.
Later, on the advice of the surgeon, he underwent a laparoscopic appendectomy this morning. After the surgery he is better, he will be discharged from the hospital this evening but the doctor has advised Nauman Ali to take complete rest.It should be noted that Nouman Ali had a cut on his finger before the first test due to which he was not available for the Perth test.
Mister spinner Abrar Ahmed is also injured in Australia while off-spinner Sajid Khan was immediately called up to Australia who is currently with the team in Melbourne.
